Albert has been working toward being a stock car driver since he knew what a racecar was. Albert attended his first race at age 5 at the Antioch Speedway in Antioch, CA and at that early age knew exactly what he wanted to do. While Albert was growing up, his father worked on several NASCAR Winston Cup teams, including Roush Racing and Hendrick Motorsports. Albert was able to attend several races while he was growing up and work with some of NASCAR's top crew chiefs. In 2004, at the age of 19, Albert had saved up enough money to purchase his first race car to race in the NASCAR Late Models at the La Crosse Speedway in West Salem, WI. His first start was opening night of the 2005 season and from there has been steadily improving every time out. Albert also has one start at the Fox Ridge Speedway in Arcadia, WI in the hornets.
